Grace Tang is the owner and founder of Grace’s Mandarin, as well as Grace’s Fortune and Grace’s Steak and Seafood. For two decades her restaurants have been known for their impeccable service and exquisite Asian cuisine.

Executive chef Hong Tan has long collaborated with Grace and has 15 years experience as executive chef in the Washington, D.C. area. The menu at Grace’s Mandarin bears Tan’s trademark fusion of Asian flavors.

This restaurant wowed me as soon as I walked in. The beautiful decor everywhere was absolutely amazing. We got seated right away (it was not a weekend; reservation recommended for weekends) and our food came out very quickly. My personal order was Hawaian chicken, which was a beautiful display of the rice, flower, lettuce, and the main course. The main course came in a half of a pineapple, including tender chicken, Macadamian nuts, fresh pineapple. and vegetables all with a light sauce which was not too overpowering. Now this restaurant was located in National Harbor, Maryland with a beautiful overlook of the Potomac River. Overall, great food, great atmosphere, great service, great view, and I will be returning next time I am in D.C./southern MD"
