Grace Tang is the owner and founder of Grace’s Mandarin, as well as Grace’s Fortune and Grace’s Steak and Seafood. For two decades her restaurants have been known for their impeccable service and exquisite Asian cuisine.
“Sophisticated,” “posh,” and “opulent” are a few of the words reviewers have used to describe Grace’s restaurants.
Executive chef Hong Tan has long collaborated with Grace and has 15 years experience as executive chef in the Washington, D.C. area. The menu at Grace’s Mandarin bears Tan’s trademark fusion of Asian flavors.
